Credited Interest Rate (CIRs)
Pension
For members of Division 9 – Flexible Income Stream and Division 14 – Transition to Retirement, a different rate may be determined to recognise the different tax treatment on investment earnings for allocated pensioners, or other factors the Trustee considers appropriate.
From 1 July 2008 CIRs are declared monthly.
