Changing your super contributions
Superannuation Contribution Authority Form
PeopleConnect have the responsibility for coordinating requests from employees who want to make changes to their payroll deductions to superannuation. This applies to employees who are members of Qantas Super or any other superannuation fund.
The Superannuation Contribution Authority Form must be returned to PeopleConnect for validation and will then be forwarded to Payroll for processing. The old Qantas Super contribution forms can no longer be accepted.
