Trustee
The Trustee of Qantas Superannuation Plan (the Plan) is Qantas Superannuation Limited (ABN 47 003 806 960) which was set up specifically to act as trustee for the Plan. The Trustee does not act as trustee for any other superannuation plan.
The Trustee is responsible for ensuring that the Plan operates in accordance with the Plan's Trust Deed and Rules and all relevant laws and regulations.
The Trustee is a corporate trustee, which has a board comprising five company-appointed Directors and five member-elected Directors. The company-appointed Directors are appointed by the Board of Qantas Airways Limited. The member-elected Directors are elected by the members of the Plan in accordance with the Plan’s Regulations and Procedures for the Selection and Removal of Member Directors.
