When you leave the Qantas Group, your employer will send your details to the Plan. The Plan will prepare and send you a benefit pack. The benefit pack contains the following:

• Claiming Your Benefit Brochure

The claiming your benefit brochure contains information on how to claim your benefit and provides facts on tax, rollovers and preservation.
