Super Chats podcast: Episode 1
Super Chats is a new podcast from Qantas Super, demystifying superannuation so you can tell your binding beneficiaries from your non-concessional contributions.
What is Super Chats?
Welcome to Super Chats, a podcast helping you learn about super. We know super can be complicated, so with Super Chats we want to demystify superannuation so you can tell your binding beneficiaries from your non-concessional contributions.
Why are we doing it with a podcast? Well, we’re passionate about connecting members with the information and education they need to take control of their super, at a time and place that suits them. We know that for some members, that comes in the form of written explainers and articles. Meanwhile, we know other people like to learn from videos. Some people like to learn face to face. And, it’s 2023, so of course others like to listen and learn from podcasts on the go.
We’ve got a number of episodes in the pipeline, but if there’s anything in particular you want us to cover in the world of superannuation, you can let us know by getting in touch here.
Episode 1
Our first episode is all about the basics of superannuation. For a lot of us, superannuation is simply the amount that we see at the bottom of our payslip going to a fund that we may not even remember setting up.
If that’s you, don’t worry. This episode will give you the answers to all basic questions you may have been too scared to ask.
You can also find the podcast on Spotify and Apple Podcasts.
