Congratulations to Richard Garner, who has been elected to the Qantas Super Board as a Member-Elected Director representing Group A employees (Technical Aircrew).
Thank you to the 506 members in Group A who cast their vote in the election, that ended at 5pm on 13 May 2021 (Sydney time). This represented 23.4% of the 2,159 members on the voter roll.
Richard will be taking over from Mark Thorpe, who has represented Group A on the Qantas Super Board since 2008. Richard is now a Director designate and will be formally appointed to the Board later this year.

In September 2023, Qantas Super’s Trustee announced that we would be exploring options to merge Qantas Super with other superannuation funds. As we embark on this process, we want to keep you informed at each stage of the process and answer your questions.
