Opt in to keep your current level of default insurance cover

I understand that if I opt in:

• My cover will continue to move in line according to the old multiple of salary scale
• I am also opting in to keep any extra salary-linked cover for death and TPD I may have
• If I am an existing member, I am also opting in to keep my insurance with Qantas Super even if my account is considered 'inactive' or my account balance is below $6,000. My account will also be excluded from being transferred to the ATO if my balance is under $6,000 and considered 'inactive low balance'. I understand insurance premiums will continue to be deducted from my account and the policy terms of my cover remain the same. I understand insurance premiums will be deducted from my current and future investment options.
• If I am a new member, I am also opting in to receive insurance from Qantas Super even if I do not fit the eligibility criteria. I understand Limited Cover will initially apply. I confirm this election will apply to the deduction of my insurance premiums from my current and future investment options.
