Qantas Super was established in 1939 to look after staff and their families through their time at Qantas and beyond.

We’ve been delivering on this commitment for 80 years. From the turmoil of World War II to the technological change of the 21st century and everything in between, Qantas Super has always been there.

As a not-for-profit fund built from the ground up to suit the unique needs of the company’s employees, we exist entirely for the benefit of members.

This means our profits go back to providing you with great products and services to help you feel confident in your financial future, so you can look forward to your life after work.

“The company has always recognised the value of its Employees’ services by endeavouring to make working conditions as congenial and remunerative as possible…now…this recognition goes beyond the field of active service to provide for your years of retirement.”

80 years of helping our members plan and look forward to their future

We’ve been helping our members plan and look forward to their life after work since 1939.

Whatever after work goals you have, we can help you put a plan in place to get there. Then, when your work is done, we’ll be there to help you enjoy your adventures in retirement.

Who runs Qantas Super?

Qantas Super is run for you, by you.

The majority of our directors are Qantas Group employees, which means they understand you and the airline business.

As a member, you can also have a say in who runs Qantas Super, by electing directors to represent you on the Qantas Super Board.

How we invest

We know your super is your money, so we take a safety-first approach when it comes to managing it.
